What Does Online Self-Exclusion Mean?
Online self-exclusion means that you will not be able to access your Henry & Paul account and therefore will not be able to place an online order. You will also be opting out of marketing material from us.
What If I Want to Reverse My Self-Exclusion?
Your self-exclusion will apply indefinitely until you request to reverse your self-exclusion. Please reach out to customer service via the contact us page and request your self-exclusion to be revoked. Your account will be reviewed after a minimum 24-hour period but may take several business days.
