RSRV Cuvée Lalou Vintage is a prestigious selection of the house most singular plots, a unique interpretation of Champagne’s emblematic varietals, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The delicate nature of Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, whose chalky soils deliver minerality and suppleness, finds balance against the power, structure and body of Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims. This complementarity of varietals and terroirs results in exceptional finesse and cellaring potential. This is a large format, 1.5L bottle of RSRV Cuvée Lalou 2012.

To the eye: A golden hue.

On the nose: Luscious notes of fresh butter and milky caramel give way to aromas of ripe yellow fruit. Complex notes of toast, vanilla, honey and hazelnuts then develop.

On the palate: The attack is full and deep, confirming the roundness and complex aromatic palette identified on the nose.
