Cordon Rouge is a non-vintage brut cuvee that expresses the house's dominant pinot noir style (45%), brining power and structure that contrasts with the elegance and finesse of the Chardonnay (30%) and is balanced out by the fruitiness and subtly of the Pinot Meunier (25%). The Grand Cordon bottle has an unusually long, slender neck that accentuates the development of Maison Mumm's signatory grape, Pinot Noir, and brings to life the cuvee's distinctive flavour.
